Thank you for choosing PYRIDE LABS. We strive to provide high-quality digital services and products. This Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds to ensure transparency and trust in our B2B and D2C engagements.
Cancellation Policy
3.1 Subscription Services
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
- Once a subscription is renewed, the fee for that period is non-refundable.
- Users can manage and cancel their subscriptions through their account dashboard or by contacting support.
3.2 Custom Development Projects
- Cancellations for custom projects are subject to the terms specified in the individual Project Agreement.
- Work already completed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced and is non-refundable.
Refund Policy (RBI-Compliant)
Due to the digital and intangible nature of our services, refunds are granted only in exceptional cases:
4.1 Non-Refundable Cases
- Activated subscription services.
- Partial usage of the subscription period.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- User-side misconfiguration or technical inability not related to our platform.
- Consulting or professional services already rendered.
4.2 Refund-Eligible Cases
- Payment deducted but service activation failed due to our system error.
- Duplicate or excess payments made in error.
- Verified technical failure solely attributable to PYRIDE LABS.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
