Accordingly, no physical shipping or courier delivery is involved.

All services are delivered through electronic means, which may include:

- User accounts or dashboards
- Download links
- API access
- Secure file transfer
- Project repositories or agreed collaboration tools
- Digitally shared reports or documentation
3. Delivery Timeline
3.1 Subscriptions & SaaS Services
- Access is typically provided within 24–72 hours of successful payment
- Delays may occur due to verification or technical reasons
3.2 One-Time Digital Services
- Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of the service
- Estimated timelines are communicated at the time of order or engagement
3.3 Custom, Enterprise & Defence Projects
- Delivery timelines are governed by the signed agreement, SOW, or MSA
- Milestones and acceptance criteria shall follow contractual terms
4. Delivery Confirmation
- Service activation or access credentials constitute successful delivery
- Confirmation may be sent to the registered email address
- Failure to access services due to incorrect user-provided information shall not be considered a delivery failure
5. No Shipping Charges
Since no physical goods are shipped:
- No shipping or courier charges apply
- Service fees are strictly for services rendered and are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise under our Refund Policy
6. Third-Party Dependencies
Delivery may involve third-party infrastructure such as hosting providers, cloud platforms, email services, or payment gateways (PayU).
PYRIDE LABS shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control, including third-party service outages.
7. Failure of Delivery
In case of non-delivery attributable solely to PYRIDE LABS, users may raise a support request, which will be addressed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Policy Modification
We reserve the right to modify or update this Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform.
