By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Services
PYRIDE LABS primarily provides:
- Digital software subscriptions (monthly / quarterly / yearly / enterprise)
- Custom software development
- AI / ML software development
- Software security services and audits
- Consulting and professional services
- One-time enterprise, government, or defence projects
Due to the intangible and digital nature of these services, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this Policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Subscription Services
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle
- Once a subscription period has started, no cancellation or refund will be provided for that period
- Cancellation stops future billing only
3.2 One-Time Digital Services
- Cancellations are accepted only before work has commenced
- Once service delivery, access provisioning, or project initiation has begun, cancellation is not permitted
3.3 Enterprise, Custom & Defence Projects
- Cancellations are governed exclusively by the signed agreement, SOW, or MSA
- Advance and milestone payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
4. Refund Policy (RBI-Compliant)
4.1 Non-Refundable Cases
- Activated subscription services
- Partial usage of subscription period
- Change of mind after purchase
- User-side misconfiguration or misuse
- Custom software development after work commencement
- Enterprise, government, or defence contracts
- Consulting or professional services already rendered
4.2 Refund-Eligible Cases (Exceptional)
- Payment deducted but service not activated
- Duplicate or excess payment
- Technical failure solely attributable to PYRIDE LABS
- Service cannot be delivered due to reasons exclusively attributable to us
All refund requests are subject to internal verification and approval.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact us using the official contact details provided on the Platform with:
- Registered email address
- Payment reference or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
Additional information may be requested for verification purposes.
6. Refund Timeline (As per RBI Guidelines)
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds are credited only to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary based on banks or payment gateways (PayU)
PYRIDE LABS is not responsible for delays caused by banks, gateways, or financial institutions.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Users should contact us before raising a chargeback
- Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to service suspension
- We reserve the right to submit transaction logs, access records, and delivery proof to banks and gateways
8. No Cash Refunds
All refunds, if approved, are processed electronically only. Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
9. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.
